We are aware that some Pelican Credit Union users are experiencing FDP-2505 and CC-501 errors in Quicken for Windows and Mac. During the authentication process, users may also be redirected to a webpage displaying the following message: “Site not found. Looks like you followed a broken link or entered a URL that doesn’t exist on Netlify.” In some cases, the browser may flag the authentication webpage as unsafe.
We’ve escalated this issue internally, and our team is actively working toward a resolution. We don’t have an estimated timeframe for a fix yet, but we’ll share updates as soon as more information becomes available.
To be notified of updates as they become available, please click the bookmark ribbon located in the upper right. If you don't see the bookmark ribbon, make sure you are signed in to the Quicken Community.
Thank you!
