CC-901, reauthorize accounts not working

I am receiving a CC-901 error for my multiple TD Bank accounts stating that they need to be reauthorized. I click the Reauthorize button; the screen flashes, but there is no further processing.

This started yesterday; it worked fine prior to that.

Any guidance is appreciated.

Thank you for taking the time to post in the Quicken Community and share these details. This issue may be related to an expired security token. As explained in our support article, this can result in a CC-901 error in the One Step Update Summary.

Since you've already tried the Reauthorize option and the issue persists, I recommend disconnecting all TD Bank accounts from online services and then establishing a fresh connection. Before proceeding, I recommend creating a backup of your Quicken data file.

Deactivate all TD Bank accounts

Please include any hidden or closed TD Bank accounts that are still connected to online services.

1. Select Tools > Account List.
2. Find the account and click Edit.
3. In the Account Details window, select the Online Services tab.
4. Click Deactivate next to the service you want to disable.
5. Click Yes to confirm.

Repeat these steps for all connected TD Bank accounts. Once all TD Bank accounts have been deactivated:

Revoke Quicken's existing authorization

1. Sign in to your financial institution’s website.
2. Navigate to the section that manages connected apps, third-party access, or desktop application permissions.
3. Remove or revoke Quicken’s existing authorization.
4. Return to Quicken and add or reactivate the account.

To reactivate your TD Bank accounts

1. Go to Tools > Add Account.
2. Select TD Bank.
3. Click Sign In in the next dialog.
4. Enter your TD Bank username and password, then sign in.
5. Follow the prompts to authorize Quicken to connect to your accounts.
6. Once the authorization process is complete, Quicken should display a success message.
7. When Quicken displays the available accounts, select Link next to each account and match it to the correct existing account in Quicken.
   
8. Click Next, then Done to complete the process.

Finally, run One Step Update to check whether your accounts connect and download transactions successfully.
