Has anyone had any luck creating and updating a Bilt account connected to a mortgage? [Edited-Readability]

• When connecting to Bilt, are you receiving an error message?
  • If yes, please provide the exact wording of the error.
• When looking in the backend of your accounts, it appears the connection to Bilt is successful, if so, after you log into the banks website does it go back to Quicken and then not show any accounts to add?
• Does it add the account but does not download any transactions?
• Has this account been connected before?
  • If yes, did the issue start after a Quicken or Windows update?
