Placeholder entries

Quicken for Windows continues to add $0 placeholder issues. I have turned off and made sure everything is turned off, yet the problem persists. I see all kinds of comments about this.

I need an option to turn these OFF. Every single one of them is not needed, and not wanted. I don't care if the program thinks they are needed. I balance all this to the penny daily, and these stupid placeholder issues just waste my time having to go through and delete them.

How do we permantently stop Quicken from creating placeholder entries?
