Chase Checking and Savings not seen by Quicken

I vaguely recall having this issue a long time ago, but with a credit card from Chase and the "usual" fix isn't working.

Quicken Classic Deluxe R69.53, build 27.1.69.53

Currently Quicken is linked to Chase for the 2 credit cards and is downloading fine. Opened new Chase checking/savings yesterday. Today I go into Quicken, click the "+" and Add account. Select Chase.com It uses EWC+ so it takes me to web browser, and I login. I get the Chase screen with 4 checkboxes. The first two are UNCHECKED for Checking and Savings. The last two ARE already checked for the credit cards. I check the 'choose all' so all 4 are checked and click next/apply. It finishes and takes me back to Quicken which says it only found 2 accounts (the credit cards).

Last time this happened, I had to go into Chase, UNCHECK everything, apply. Wait. Go back in and check everything and then it worked. Now it's not working. Quicken insists there's only 2 accounts. Chase says otherwise. [Edited - Readability]

@mjonis since the new checking and savings accounts were opened only yesterday, it's possible there is a delay before they become available through Chase's EWC+ connection. The fact that the Chase authorization page is already showing all four accounts suggests Chase recognizes them, but Quicken is still only finding the two existing credit card accounts.

I would wait 24-48 hours and then try the Tools→Add account process again. You might also try the "reset authorization" approach by first authorizing no Chase accounts, completing the process, and then reauthorizing all four accounts.

If the accounts still are not being found after a couple of days, it may be worth deactivating online services for all Chase accounts in Quicken and then reauthorizing the Chase connection from scratch. If you do this, use Tools→Add account, and be careful to link the existing credit card accounts back to their current registers during setup rather than adding them as new accounts, to avoid creating duplicates.

At the moment, I would be hesitant to do a full deactivate/reactivate immediately since the existing Chase connection is working correctly and the new accounts may simply not have propagated through Chase's aggregation systems yet.
