Errors while trying to setup Security Federal Bank account online

Question

I am using Quicken Classic Deluxe version 9.2.2 on macOS 26.6.2. I have an account with Security Federal Bank and am trying to add it to my accounts. After entering my credentials, I get the same error multiple times: FI_TIMEOUT Retry. Retry Error. Is there anything I can do? [Edited - Readability]

I noticed that you are using the Security Federal Bank - TM instance. There is a second instance named Security Federal Bank with the same URL as the instance you used.

Have you tried to connect to that instance? If so, do you get the same error?

I do have some follow-up questions.

* What troubleshooting steps have you tried?
* When did this issue start?
* Is this the first time trying to add the account to Quicken?
* Can you sign in to the bank's website?
* What happens when you put in fake credentials?* Do you get the same error?
