Auto-delete in Memorized Payee List not working

In the upper right hand corner of the Memorized Payee List there is a toggle labled "Auto-delete". The gear icon lets you set auto-delete of entries that haven't been used in a specified time period.

I had it set for 13 months and there are entries with "Last Used" dates of 5 or more years old still in the list. Apparently they have to be deleted manually one by one.

Quicken Classic Premier 69.53 release (current) on Windows 11 Pro.

Are some of the memorized payees being deleted?
That's not something I've tracked. It's possible as I haven't really looked at this in a long time.
Are any of the memorized payees that are not being deleted locked when you open them for editing?
It doesn't appear that way. I tested by editing a three year old one by adding the word "test" to the memo field. It saved correctly. I don't know how else to tell if it was locked.
When you click the "Run Auto-delete now…" button, what do the results indicate?

Ah, the problem seems to be the idiot at the desk. I googled more and found a way to show the "Lock" column. Unlocked all of the entries and then was able to trigger an auto-delete to rid the list of 70 entries. I have no idea why they were locked but now all is fine. Thanks for your patience.
