What's this blue box?

Question

Hello - I had to install a new copy of Quicken yesterday to get help with some other issues, and after the installation this blue box started appearing off to the side. I think it's a message of some kind, but nothing happens when I click it, and it won't move out of my way. It's more obscured when I'm in an account than when I'm on my home page (it only appears sometimes on home page—not appearing now so I can't take a picture, but I did see some text in the box earlier). Thanks for helping me get rid of it!

Thank you, Sceptic. I rebooted everything and it didn't go away. However, I somehow managed to snag a tiny little corner of what must have been an "OK" button or something like that on the box and it went away. Hopefully it wasn't telling me something important!

@25+YrUser is it possible for you to use your mouse and drag the box to the middle of the screen so it can be closed?  If not, or if the box remains and isn't closeable, try closing Quicken, rebooting your computer, and then restarting Quicken.  If that still doesn't get rid of the box, then I would recommend reinstalling the Quicken program.
