I had to change a password at a bank and can't find where to change the password.
When I set up the account, it said I didn't need to use the vault.
Thanks

I am using OSU Express+.
@Mike_L To update your password, deactivate (Online Services→Deactivate) and reactivate your account using Tools→Add account, carefully linking it to the account on Quicken. During the reactivation process, enter the new password.
I have tried that, and it keeps saying the bank (Synchrony) needs more info with a CC-906
error and asks me to reinsert id and password and that puts me in a loop.
Perhaps I need to delete the account and try entering again from scratch?
@Mike_L Please double-check the error code (CC-906). I think it may be a CC-506? If you can provide a screenshot of the error message, that would be helpful.
Before you reactivate the account, on the General tab of Account Details, blank out Financial Institution and Account Number, and then try again.
Your financial institution has a request 509.
Sorry, I had the number wrong.
The page also has me reentering the user id and password again. When I submit, it looks like it tries to connect, and the screen comes back up with the same error and requests the user id and password.
I don't know how to send you a screenshot.
Part of the problem is that Synchrony seems to have just taken over Sams Club accounts. When I tried to log into Sams Club when this first started, I was notified to change my password, and it took me to Synchrony. Subsequent attempts to log in to sam's redirects me to Synchrony. I see both my Sams and JC Penny accounts when I log in to Sams Club or Synchrony.
Perhaps deleting the account (Sam's Club Personal Credit Card Account) and trying to enter under Synchrony might work?
@Mike_L Here is a Quicken Support article with some detailed steps for resolving the CC-509 error.
https://www.quicken.com/support/error-message-when-using-online-services-cc-509/
Please give them a try and report back.
WILCO Thanks.
@Mike_L If you were asked by Synchrony to change your password for your Sam's Club account, then try using "Synchrony Mastercard" to connect with your new sign-on and password.
If you still get the CC-509 error, then proceed to the steps in the Quicken Support article.
@Mike_L From what you described earlier, when you connect with "Synchrony Mastercard", you might see both your Sam's Club and JC Penney cards listed. If so, I would use that connection for both accounts on Quicken.
Thank you so much for the help. Something has come up that necessitates stopping trying to add the accounts - not associated with the accounts or Quicken. I will try adding with Synchrony when I can focus again. It may be a week or two. Everything else still works.
Really appreciate the help. I will update you when I can get back on it.
@Mike_L No worries! If you continue to have issues, please circle back when you are ready to start up again.
