One Step Update: Quote Price Not Updating

Equity AT&T PFD (T&C) price quote does not get updated.

Quote is selected during One Step Update.

Thanks for reaching out to the Quicken Community. Since you've already confirmed that AT&T PFD (T&C) is selected for quote downloads, I suggest reviewing our support article, How to Update Security Prices in Quicken for Windows.

Verify the ticker symbol:

1. Go to Tools > Security List.
2. Locate AT&T PFD (T&C) and select Edit.
3. Check that the ticker symbol is correct.

Try updating security prices manually:

1. Go to Investing > Portfolio.
2. To record a price for a date other than today, click the pop-up calendar beside the portfolio As Of field, and select a date. You can use the date shown on your bank statement.
3. Select the security whose price you want to update. (If the Price column doesn't appear in the Portfolio, click the Customize button and choose "Quote/Price" from the Available Columns box, and click the Add button. Click Ok when done.)
4. Enter the new price in the Quote/Price column.

Please also note that Quicken does not download prices for money market securities or securities with ticker symbols ending in XX.

If the issue persists after confirming that the ticker symbol is correct, could you confirm whether other securities are updating successfully or if the issue is limited to AT&T PFD (T&C)?
