I have the same reconciliation issues on my PC reconciliations and I find it exasperating!

I don't use the mobile app and still get an occasional missing transaction. I discovered another one this weekend. It was from late 2024. Took me all day yesterday and part of this morning to figure it out. It was there a few weeks ago (before my bank connection broke - don't get me started on that!) and within the last few weeks it disappeared. Validating the data file turned up no errors on this account. This issue really causes a lot extra effort and time wasted.

Thank you both for letting us know you are experiencing this issue as well!

I have some follow-up questions for you:

Where is your file located?
- If needed, this Help Article provides instructions for locating your file.
Is your file being synced/backed up by any third-party services like OneDrive, Dropbox, or Carbonite?
How long has this issue been occurring?
Has this occurred in one specific account in Quicken or multiple?
I know @lwburke1 does not use the mobile and web apps, but do you use them @cliggans?
Even if you aren't using the mobile and web apps, do you have the sync in Quicken turned on?
- You can check this by going to Edit>Preferences>Mobile & Web. Is yours toggled on or off?
