Quicken Clasic for Mac TD Bank transaction downloads

We have 3 checking accounts with TD Bank. Transactions for all accounts have downloaded smoothly for 3 years. In September, one account only showed the previous 2 months' transactions, with the bottom transaction line reading "Live Opening Balance" under PAYEE. "Adjustment" under CATEGORY and the actual account balance at that time under AMOUNT. No idea why this is happening with just the one account.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing what you're experiencing.

Based on your description, it sounds like a filter may have been applied to your original accounts, or new accounts may have been created. Please note that most financial institutions include only the last 90 days of transactions in the initial download.

First, check whether any filters are applied to your account registers. At the top of the register, make sure the following settings are selected:

• Date:All Dates
• Type:Any Type
• Status:Any Status

If the filters are already set correctly, please also check that the transactions are sorted by date. Additionally, look for older or hidden accounts that may contain your historical transactions.

If you still can't locate your historical information, you may be able to recover it by restoring a backup from a date when the information was still available.

To restore a Quicken backup:

1. In Quicken, select File > View/Restore Backups...
2. Browse your computer or external media to find the backup file you want to restore. The Quicken backup file has the extension .quicken2017backup or .quickenbackup.
3. Select the file to restore.
4. Click Choose.
