I have one register that when opened always opens to a transaction 3 years in the past, and it's the same transaction every time. Quicken seems to be obsessed with that transaction and I don't know why. I know I can do the option+down arrow to go the bottom of the register but I shouldn't have to. It's only one register. Does it every time. All my other registers don't do it. I've set them all to the last entered transaction, closed quicken, reopen and they all go to the last transaction except that one register. Started happening this week and does it every single time. It's happened in the past, but it has gone away usually after a couple of days. Please don't tell me to update quicken. I can't. My mac is too old to update. Not going to rant that I'm paying for something that I can't update because your developers decided to not support it anymore. That's a frustrating issue I'll accept.
I've seen this issue posted many many times over the years, and I've never seen a fix. Everyone just reports that it magically goes away on it's own.
