Quicken 2017 Wind 10 - When entering downloaded transactions problem that category window is off th

Quicken 2017 Windows 10 - When entering downloaded transactions problem that the category window is off the page and you can't select all the options. The window for the categories appears off the page and you can't select all the options on the right side of the category window. Business Income, Business Expenses, Personal Income etc. not showing.  You have to enter your transactions then close the "Downloaded Transaction" window and go back and update the categories.
