QWin 2017 H&B: how to enter the whole foods amazon merger?

I need help entering the whole food and amazon merger. the transaction was all cash but I can not figure out how to enter it. I have quicken home and business 2017

    I haven't looked at any of the details on this deal, but typically for an all cash deal (the Whole Foods shareholder simply receives cash), it would be treated in Quicken as a sale of those shares for the cash recieved.

    That was my understanding and how the transaction came through from the brokerage. A sale of $42 per share for each share of Whole Foods.

    Quicken user since Q1999. Currently using QW2017.
