Adding a brokerage account (not listed)

I have been working with Computershare (https://www.computershare.com/us) as a Brokerage company for many years. They have never been listed as a Brokerage company from which I can download transactions into Quicken automatically. Can you all look into adding them for a future update? They are one of the only companies for which I do business and cannot download information. Thanks!

    You need to talk the brokerage into starting the process of establishing contact with Intuit, to get a contract signed and the necessary hardware and software set up to allow Quicken downloads.

    Neither Quicken Inc. nor Intuit Inc. can initiate such contact.
