Bill won't let me change the phone number to activate

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
My ATT bill is asking me for a text to be sent but it shows xxx.xxx.xxx. and won't let me change to activate. What do I do?

Log into your ATT Website and update the Phone number there, as well as in your https://www.quicken.com/ My Account.
