For three days Chase Bank has not been syncing checking and VISA accounts; anyone know what's up?

I haven't had a problem with my chase bank syncing checking or VISA as of now. Have you tried to to go into account and click on troubleshooting to stop and then restart the downloads? It has always worked for me as if a reboot to the bank!
I will look to see if you need more description on how to try that.
