Quicken online files

I see 3 file names when I sign in.  I assume only one of them is synced to my desktop file.  I do I figure out which one is my active file and get rid of the other files?

  That option should be in Quicken on your desktop / laptop under Edit / Preferences / Cloud Accounts.
