Not sure I understand what Quicken on the Web can actually do.

I've been using Q17 desktop on a MacBook and decided to upgrade to Q19 subscription based on what I read about Q on the Web. Now I think I made a mistake. I thought I would be able to sync my transaction files/account across two MacBooks. When I sign in on each Macbook and enable Sync, I can't see the file/accounts that I want to sync on one of the computers. It seems like I'm missing a huge step and can't find the help info to determine if this should be working they way I had hoped.

NOPE - it is NOT a virtual disk drive, but just a Quicken shadow of your desktop software data file... The Sync allows transactions to appear on the Web Access along with the Mobile App - and things entered on these screens to be Sync'd back to your desktop Quicken software
