    I'm having the same issue. I am unable to balance my account with the financial institution statement because the interest income does not update the cash balance and the account total value is incorrect. The balance is not N/A (the issue above) and there are no placeholders. I was able to resolve the issue for one month by entering a duplicate transaction and then deleting one of the duplicates. Initially both the duplicate and original transaction showed no change in the Cash Balance but after deletion the Cash Balance changed. Does quicken have a fix?
