How can I get Quicken to open?

in Signing in, Passwords, and Activation (Windows)
I've been using Quicken 2011 and others earlier, but it won't open any more. I don't have an installation file because I downloaded the latest version from the Quicken web site. I have a lot of data in my Quicken file and many backups. What can I do to make use of them?
