I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing a balance discrepancy and thank you for taking the time to report this issue to the Community.
Quicken does automatically round Investment transactions based on the number of decimal places selected in the Edit menu > Preferences > Reports Only section. What number of decimal places to show is selected?
In the Account List bar that goes down the left side of Quicken, is the settings set to show amounts only?
Or does it have "Show cents in amounts" selected?
