basic query on starter vs deluxe

I am currently using 2017 Deluxe version.
In it, I have a bunch of stocks. I do the one-click update and it will revise the latest stock quotes and update my portfolio.
Can I do this with the starter version?

No, Quicken Basic does not support investment accounts.
