For several days now I keep getting a message that Quicken is not available? Anyone know why?

When I try to sign a large sign box appears. I enter my ID and password and “SUCCESS!” appears. Then nothing happens. If I click the exit X in the upper right hand corner it repeats the same loop. I have to exit several times, usually 3, and then a message appears telling me Quicken is not available on line.
