Opening pop-up registers cause Planning "sub tab" to be overwritten with account name

When I open a pop-up register with the Planning tab selected, the sub tabs (Budgets, Debt Reduction, Lifetime Planner, Tax Center, Savings Goals) are overwritten by the account name.

    Thank you for taking the time to report this behavior to the Community, although I apologize that you have not yet received a response.

    I am also seeing this behavior in my copy of Quicken for Windows R22.12 version and have opened a ticket with Development to report this issue for further investigation.

    In my testing, I also discovered that this behavior occurs when viewing any sub-tab in Quicken and using pop-up registers and is not limited to the Planning tab > sub-tabs.
