Transactions not appearing

Quicken Windows 2017 Member ✭✭
When I do an update my credit card transactions since 8/11/2019 do not appear. However, the balance due changes to reflect my new transactions. If I select this months transactions nithing shows on the register.

The link didn't help, but I googled Chase and Quicken and found it was a direct connect issue. Called Chase and they walked me through setting up the Direct Connect download.0
