There is no budget option

in Budgeting and Planning Tools (Windows)
I searched help to learn how I can create a budget and the instruction said to access the planning menu. There is no planning menu! No reference to Budget at all on any menu or report. I have the subscription. Any ideas? I can send a screenshot if needed. It says that I have the latest release, 22.12. Thank you for any help.

    OOPS found it as soon as I posted. In case someone else has same issue, you need to select planning under "view menu" then "tabs to show"
