Error that bugsplatrc.dll not found. W10 & Qu[i]cken up to date and cleaned registry with CCleaner.

How can I recover the dll file? Why did this just happen today?

  Uninstall, then re-install or you might try the Mondo Patch from Quicken website.

  thanks, the dll file is there under Quicken but I'll try the patch
