Recently, INCOME is no longer visible/editable from Planning/Budget area. How do I edit income?

  Are the Income categories selected as being part of your Budget?
  

  A budget, freshly created from scratch, may not contain any income categories, just expenses, until you select the appropriate income categories.

  This, of course, assumes that you have recorded properly categorized income transactions within the time-frame of the budget.
