Cannot scroll a report Horizontally

I'm using Quicken 2019 for Windows and created a report for unrealized gain. I cannot scroll horizontally when I "subtotal by" Security. I need to scroll because there are many seurities.

If you're talking about the Investment Income report, there should be a horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the report view. Note that it doesn't cover the entire report width, but only the area where the individual security columns are.
