How to add new categories in mobile app

I am using the iOS mobile app and I do not see a way to add a new category/ sub-category on the app. I don’t see another forum discussion on this for mobile.

  As the mobile app is a companion app that accesses your data, I would suggest adding the category directly from your PC. The mobile/web apps are limited in scope and function.
