Mobile & Web Tab does not work

I recently installed Quicken Deluxe 2020 on a new PC, and everything works perfectly except that the Mobile & Web tab does not work. I'm trying to sync my data and can't seem to do it.

    Did you walk thru the setup screens,
    and select which "accounts" you want to Sync -

    There is no mobile tab. The tabs I have are: Spending, Bills & Income, Investing, Property and Debt. The higher level tabs are File, Edit, View, Tools, Mobile & Web, Reports and Help.
