How do I filter a report by amount of currency?

I have Quicken 2017 Home/Business. I want to filter my report to only include everything above or below a certain amount of currency. The online help was no help. I found no selection, to this point, in the report modify selection.

Look at the Advanced tab in the report customization dialog.
Under Transactions there is an Amount window.
The default Amount is All.
The drop-down list includes Less Than, Greater Than, etc.
