Why aren't the dividends showing up oon the budget report?

If You look at the two images and pay attention to the Kroger stock dividend and then look at the second image and the dividend is zero for the march colunm. Why aren't the two classes coinciding?

I think the category that your dividend is posting to is a different category than what is in your planning tab. Try clicking on Manage Budget Categories and look for one called "_DivInc". You may need to check "show hidden categories" at the bottom of the window to see it. Once you select the correct one it should show up. Either that or switch the category that your dividend is posting to so that it matches the one in your planning tab.

Under the "Action column" in the investing register the only option available is: DIV & DIVX which will not coincide with the options for budgeting in Quicken.

Sorry if I wasn't clear. I am talking about changing what categories show up in your planning tab. I am not suggesting you change the action. Either that or change the category on the transaction (in the column to the right of the name of the stock) to what is shown in your planning tab ("Div Income"). Currently you are using _Divinc which is a standard category. Div Income is one that you probably created.

I have followed the instructions above and the budgeted dividend income does not show up on the report.
I have included 3 screen shots in the attached document.
The first shows the dividend income budget.
The second shows the report where the budget shows as $0 instead of the entered amount.
The third shows that dividend income is included as a category on the report.
At this point the budgeted dividend income should show on the report but it doesn't
