Lock in a category for a specific payee? (Q Mac)

My transactions are automatically downloaded, and categorized. I want to change the default category for certain transactions.

  Go to "Memorized Payee list" by clicking on on "tools". Find your payee you want to change and "edit" its category. Your done!
  If you want to keep this category for this payee, Go to "Renaming rules" by clicking on on "tools". Click on "Do-not-rename Rules" and follow instructions "Add a Rule"...
