I have a saved "2018 tax report" to which, as prompted, I add the new categories I created during 2019.
How can I save this modified report as "2019 tax report" while leaving the 2018 in its original configuration?

Whenever you save a report, you may specify a new name for the report.
Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, as of 2025 using QWin Premier (US) on Win10 Pro & Win11 Pro on 2 PCs.
