Adding a bank credit card

In setting up quicken, it connected to my my bank, Greenstate Credit Union,and found all my savings and checking accounts, but not my bank issued credit card. It does not appear at all. I've tried adding just a credit card and going to the bank, but still it does not appear. Any ideas would be appreciated
