How do I contact support?

in Errors and Troubleshooting (Windows)
I received the following error:

"Unable to update these accounts because of an error on the Quicken server. For more information, see this FAQ."

The FAQ says:

If this occurs when updating an account
Please Contact Quicken Support. This error requires Quicken Support agents to review logs and provide further assistance. The issue may need to be escalated and may not have an immediate resolution.

Clicking on "contact quicken support" goes to this page:

https://www.quicken.com/support#contact-support

Clicking on "Talk to support" does...nothing. In multiple browsers. Now what?

    The link you provided is correct, but does not work for you as block pop-ups is set to on. You need to disable this for pop-ups to work.

    Thanks. I had turned off my pop up blocker but that wasn't enough. Opening an incognito window got me there.
