Install Quicken 2015 on a new computer?

I have Quicken 2015 on my old computer and it does everything I need. Just purchased a new and faster Dell and was trying install and transfer my files. It asked for a Intuit ID and password i answer with my Quicken ID and password and it tell me I'm not connected to the internet, NOT true. What wrong, is the software to old?
