Recalculating account balances

My friend is using Q Basic for windows. All of a sudden his account balances got way off most negative. There used to be an entry in "Help" to go through all acounts and recalculate balances and look for bad links. I don't remember the term used for that process - Any help for how do do that?

File -> File Operations -> Validate and Repair
