new version new computer

Trying to use my back up on my new computer. I downloaded quicken from my account. Went to restore back up and says my back up version is 5.15 and my quicken is 5.143. When I went to update quicken it says 5.143 is the latest which it is not as I had 5.15 on my old computer. how to I get this to fix to upload my file

I don't have the old they had to wipe out the hard drive and reset it up that's why I made copy of it....so I have the file on a usb0
