Paying Bills, Online Billers & Reminders (Windows)
Bulk Deleting Bill & Income Reminders (Scheduled Transactions)
markbenjakov
Every couple of years, I use the Year End Copy function to create an archive of the transactions I no longer need to see in my registers. When I come back to one of these archives a few months (or years) later to look up whom I last used to cut down a tree, etc. I find hundreds of entries Quicken has posted based on the Reminders on file.
I just spent 40 minutes deleting these reminders one by one from three older Quicken files while I looked for the arborist who pollarded our crape myrtle.
Has anyone discovered a way to delete multiple reminders in one fell swoop?

Hello markbenjakov, thank you for reaching out.
Currently there is not a way to select and delete multiple reminders at once.
Though this may no longer be relevant, I would like to suggest that if you again find yourself looking for specific information, you may be able to locate it more efficiently by going to the register and performing a search. It sounds as if you were looking for the name of the payee in this particular situation. At the top of the register there is an option to sort by date, where you can select a custom date range in accordance to the assumed time frame. This could narrow the search by quite a bit.
Please let me know if this was helpful and if I can further assist!
