Why are some transaction's font a different color?

Why are some transaction's font a different color? As you can see in the pic the Walmart and the one Wikimedia transaction is gray instead of black and I'd like to know why?

    Nevermind I realized they are reconciled transactions.

    You may also find that Past Due Scheduled Reminders, when shown in the register as if they were real transactions already will show in bold face font.
    And, if you don't like "Grey reconciled transactions", you can uncheck this setting in Edit / Preferences / Register.
