Can I use Quicken on an iPad ?

  No.  You need a full Windows or Mac computer to install Quicken.  The iPad is just the mobile app and is limited.  You still need Quicken on a computer to sync up to.  

  I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.
