How do I find lists of items in Quicken Starter for Mac?

I want to find lists of payees, memorized transactions, categories, etc., to clean up and edit them for my uses.

Go to the Quicken menu at the top of the screen (see first screenshot) and click on Window (second screenshot). That's where you'll find payees and categories.

John M, thanks for the screen shots - very helpful. I am a LT Quicken user (Deluxe) but now on Starter version AND newly on Apple. I'm still learning about Apple & forget about the screen & line of options above the Quicken windows. Pictures really help!!!
