Can I add a non-admin user to my Quicken online subscription?

in Signing In, Passwords, and Activation (Mac)
I want to be able to have someone do data entry online; I want to be able to restrict access to specific banking institutions within my Quicken data file; I want to be able to restrict ability to spend money.
