How to change the name of a Bond

I am running Win 10 & Q 2017 premier. I have two separate investment accounts set up. Both have the same bond I track the price manually each week. I noticed that I named the bond just slightly different in each account . I went to amend the name of the bond in one account to have it track with the other account and received error " you already have a security with that name ". How can correct?

I assume you were attempting to rename the security from the security list? Why don't you just go back to the transactions of one of the bonds in your register and edit them to the name of the other one?

Bob after I sent the email I just thought of that resolution going back to inception of when the first bond was purchased in the one account .0
