Incorrect Cost Basis

I have an investment that has the incorrect number of shares and cost basis for those share. How can I correct this? I tried to sell all the shares but it list more shares in the cost basis than I own.

    Does quicken include the entire history of transactions?  If so then the best thing to do is review them to find where the errors are and make corrections.
