How to convert Quick Books Desktop data to Quicken???

I work for a SMALL organization and Quick Books is really much more cumbersome than we need. I want to move our data from Quicken Books Desktop to Quicken. I found this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/import-or-export-data-files/convert-from-quickbooks-desktop-to-quicken/00/202525/message-id/258 But it is not helpful. It mentions exporting in Excel to QIF or QFX, which is not possible in the current versions. Help?

It is not possible to convert QuickBooks data to Quicken. You can only convert one-way from Quicken to QuickBooks.

I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.
